The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen.
I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it.
Im tired of getting danced around.
I want my money back.
I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option
There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally
I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.
I am extremely unhappy with my current experience, which still has not been resolved.
I placed an order on 01-08-25 for a new phone.
On 01-08-25 I received two separate emails.
The first email stated that my order had been confirmed (MMO_459295).
The second email stated that my order HAD BEEN SHIPPED (tracking# 284178792260).
I called mint mobile on 01-13-25 to inquire the whereabouts of my order (MMO_459295).
I was told that the phone had not even been shipped out and that it would be shipped out that day of 01-13-25, which it was not.
I was given a website address (phones mintmobilephone(dot) com(/)status) during the phone call on 01-13-25 that would allow me to track the progress on Mint Mobile's end.
I messaged Mint Mobile through the "send message" button on 01-13-25 and stated "I was told that my phone would be shipped out today. Has my phone been shipped to FedEx yet??.
I was told on 01-14-25 that my phone would be shipped out on 01-15-25, which it was not.
I messaged on 01-15-25 and asked "Has this order been shipped yet?"
On 01-15-25 the reply I received was "shipping today".
On 01-16-25 I messaged "Has the order # MMO_459295 been shipped to FedEx as of today 01-16-25?"
The reply I received on 01-16-25 was "The order was delayed until today. It be updated by FedEx this afternoon".
Why has my order been delayed?
The absolute lack of correspondence on Mint Mobile's end is disgusting!
The absolute lack of updating an existing CUSTOMER on your OWN website as to the current status of their order is shameful.
Where is my order!!?
The connection is not good. My phone is 5 LTE, but I can't keep it in that speed because it doesn't work properly. Also, I am paying for a 5 GB plan, which runs out very quickly, forcing me not to surf the Internet outside the home

Thay suck thay lie and cheat. Thay owe me $660.77 want me to pay them to get my money back go away we don't need sh-t co. like you and give me my money back.
We have had them for years. great service and little problems with connection. Just don't try to get a phone from their shop. it says they can send it next day if you pay for it, but you will be lucky if you see it a week or two later.
