The phone plan for Mint has been great.

The phone plan for Mint has been great. But then i decided to buy a new phone with them. How dare I do that! Worst company ever. The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen. I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it. Im tired of getting danced around. I want my money back.

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one…

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally

Poor qualitu

I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.

Unlimited offer didn’t go through

Was offered unlimited 12 months for $180, but when I tried to accept the order wouldn’t go through. The offer went away after my third attempt, so I feel a little cheated… EDIT: So I did call customer service (about a month ago) and they told me they were unable to help me. They did, however, sign me up for unlimited for a year at $360 without my asking for it. I promptly canceled that. How do I talk to someone that won’t do the same?

Easy to understand

Easy to understand, and no surprises like hidden fees, and the best part, I'm saving money with my great 3 month plan!

4/5 Favorite carrier so far.

The service is pretty good, convenience of use is great, and the costs are really affordable. The only thing I would improve is offering rollover data, at least on select plans. That would be nice.

Great phone service

Great phone service, no dropped calls, a fraction of the cost of most phone services. Pay yearly no monthly bills. Flat rate without all these unexplainable service charges. Going on my third year with them. Oh and great Mint Mobile commercials!

terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I was on the phone with them for over 30 hours. That's not a typo. It was over 30 hours. I talked to about 10 different representatives who all told me conflicting information about getting my referral credit. I had to send in screenshots of communications and I was told the problem was resolved and not to worry about it but just 3 days later I was told another department denied my claim. I went through that 3 or 4 times. I had absolute proof that I deserved the credit and the smarter representatives acknowledged that but then someone else would intervene and deny the claim. I wrote to Mint headquarters with printouts of my documentation but never heard back from them. Why spend all this time and effort just to get a $15 credit? Because they promised it to me and I did everything by the book. It was the principle of the thing not to be cheated. I learned that Mint can be very deceptive and that their customer service department is not there to help you but to make sure they can squeeze every penny from you even if they have to lie and cheat. I would have given them just one star except for the fact that the phone service is good and their pricing is good. But their customer service is so bad that it is practically unbelievable. In response to this point Mint reached out and said to call them. Ha! No way am I going to spend any more hours on the phone with their so-called customer service. If I call them, they'll be nice, and make a promise, and tell me to wait three days. Then after three days, nothing. And there's no way to call them back to talk to the person who made the promise. If there's a file number, they might look it up and they'll say according to the file, the issues has been resolved and no further action will be forthcoming. But there will be no way to communicate with the person who closed the file. Go through this again? No thank you. Thirty-plus hours is quite enough.
