The phone plan for Mint has been great.

The phone plan for Mint has been great. But then i decided to buy a new phone with them. How dare I do that! Worst company ever. The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen. I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it. Im tired of getting danced around. I want my money back.

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally

Poor qualitu

I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.

Don't switch to Mint Mobile

They are horrible. I've had them for almost 4 months with no issue but recently went to Jamaica and bought the international plan and didn't have any coverage. I spent hours on the phone with their customer care and it didn't get fixed. They finally refunded me the payment for international but since I have returned to the US I can send and receive text messages but my data doesn't work. I'm so tired of calling them and trying to get this fixed. I prepaid for a year and they refuse to refund me for a service that doesn't work. I have unlimited data. You get what you pay for. Update: the Mint people have asked me to reach out to their customer service not realizing that I've already reached out to them several times and I have a job and other things to do and am exhausted with this situation. It should be illegal to make people pay for unlimited data and then not provide the data.

Before I decided to hop on the Mint…

Before I decided to hop on the Mint mobile train, I went on their website to check if it would work in my area. I was so excited to see that it said it would work "excellent" in my area. The moment I switched to Mint I regretted it. I'm seriously getting dial up flashbacks. It just took me nearly 40 minutes to upload 3 pictures to Etsy for my shop. Pretty sure I could have cut that time in half with dial up...My only advice to anyone thinking of switching to Mint mobile is see if anyone else in your area uses them and how their service is beforehand. Really had faith and was excited to switch, but now I really wish I stayed with AT&T.

Don't Buy a phone from Mint Mobile!

Hello Everyone, I've experienced an issue with Mint Mobile, not so much with the cellular service, but buying a phone from them, USE EXTREME CAUTION. The Mint Mobile phone web site states that the NEW phones come with a one-year warranty. My phone which was purchased NEW, failed after three months. I spent about 12 hours on the phone with customer service over four days trying to fix the problem. Then there were a number of e-mails (more time). They sent me to Samsung to try to fix it (another 10 hours). Samsung thought the mother board had failed, so they sent me to their repair center. When I got there, they said the phone warranty had expired two years ago. Samsung's warranty starts when they sent it to Mint. I did send a copy of my bill of sale to Samsung showing that it was purchased NEW to have the coverage updated, but they said NO. Yes, I did but an older model, but it was NEW. Mint has refused to replace the phone or pay to have it repaired. So much for the warranty they had promised. Once again, use CAUTION if You Buy a Phone from MINT. Not sure if I will change my service from Mint to another carrier since I'm on a yearly prepaid contract. Just as a follow-up to Mint Mobile's response. I called them.. They were at least polite, but still told me to take a hike with the boat anchor of a phone..

Worst phone carrier I've ever used

Worst phone carrier I've ever used. You have to jump through hoops to set it up for the lowest speeds I've ever had. I guess you get what you pay for (that isn't that cheap at all).

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Worst mobile carrier on the planet. They steal and hijack your old number if you ever want to port aka leave the scam. Do NOT waste your time or money with these crooks. I filed multiple complaints against them and will continue to share my experiences if they are not filtered or block

0 out of 5 stars, would not recommend

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They cut off my service and I just paid for 3 months of service yesterday. When I called customer service no one could help me and said I needed to call the fraud department. But no one is answering those phones. When asked customer service to speak to a manager, they couldn’t do anything, they couldn’t even give me my account number. Which is super weird since it doesn’t show up on the app like AT&Ts does. So since never gave me an account number I can’t even transfer my sim to a legit company. So I’m stuck with no cell service until the fraud department calls me back which who knows how long that will be.
