How dare I do that! Worst company ever.
The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen.
I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it.
Im tired of getting danced around.
I want my money back.
I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option
There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally
I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.
Have been a customer for over 2 years. Have never received an actual voice message. Never get notified that I have received any voice messages - they only show up as "missed calls". Have spoken to 3 CS reps and now have been disconnected. Technical support has no idea what they are doing. How can you run a company like this? And no, Ryan Reynolds is not related to this company any longer although I got a Christmas card from him. Horrible!!
Company is not honest. We are trying to use their minternational plan in Australia. Not working. Their reps have falsified records (put in customer notes that they did things they didn’t do) hung up on us twice. Have not fixed the problem. They are not trustworthy. See response from company. It’s a form letter from the people who were dishonest with us. Not helpful.
I just signed up with Mint and the experience was less than stellar! The first person I dealt with was very lackluster and I felt like they really rather be doing something else! After signing up they transferred me to a someone who was to help set up my eSIM in the phone. He was very professional, friendly and helpful but he was not able to set up the eSIM thinking it was my phone (iPhone 16 Pro Max) that only had eSIM and no SIM slots available on the phone.WELL ABOUT 40 minutes later we hang up. No joy! I am retired IT Engineer and was like no I don’t think it was the correct eSIM QR code being supplied. I loaded the Mint Mobile app and used the account activation code to install and then activated the phone on Mint. Took about 10 minutes just trying different techniques because I was trying to install and activate the eSIM from a European location over VPN. So far the connectivity with calls and texts coming in to the phone has been very good and rather quick as well.
I can say the representative did try but I believe his training is not very good and if someone took time to teach him he would be very helpful with phone activation issues.

Great price, comparable service with more expensive providers, app works well and keeps it simple. Huge bonus for giving the 50GB per month for a few months after the Hurricane on my 5GB plan at no charge, that was very appreciated.
