The phone plan for Mint has been great.

The phone plan for Mint has been great. But then i decided to buy a new phone with them. How dare I do that! Worst company ever. The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen. I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it. Im tired of getting danced around. I want my money back.

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally

Poor qualitu

I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.

NO REFUNDS

I paid for a full year of service, now on 2nd year. Switched to T Mobile today. There are still 5 months left on my plan. and Mint customer service says no refund. So, that's how you treat people who change phone service??? That's $150 that Mint Mobile is keeping FOR NOTHING! I will be telling everyone I know STAY AWAY FROM MINT MOBILE.

Customer service was very polite but they were able to help me get my phone to work. I switched the SIM card to a new phone and I was not able to get service so I called a couple of times. Each time the representative said that my cell phone was locked or partially locked which made no sense to me because I had bought the same phone before. Finally out of frustration I tried my original SIM card I put it into the new phone and I got service now I'm able to call out and receive calls. I don't have time to call them back and tell mint what happened they wouldn't even process it correctly anyway. A few years ago I called and really had a problem a female representative was very knowledgeable and she helped me greatly. These other gentlemen I guess, where new and they didn't seem to know how to process my situation but they were very polite.

I purchased the Unnecessary Data Plan…

I purchased the Unnecessary Data Plan after realizing the Unlimited plan was very limited. The Unnecessary Plan is also very limited. They don't really give you 60 GB of Data. I run out of data halfway through the month with very limited use. When I'm home I'm on my Fidium WiFi. I'm sure there will be a class action lawsuit coming. They are very deceiving in their plans. I will never do business with Mint Mobile again. Also, they have no online Customer Service. Good luck getting a hold of anyone with a phone call. I'm sure they will respond to this quickly and claim to wanna help. LOL

Was told I could use a certain promotion with a salesperson after the date as long as I had purchased it before the date. Well I tried activating it after and the promotion did not work. The employee basically lied to me to get the sale...Not happy

Mint Mobile Minternational plan is a scam

I purchase a Minternational plan for use in Japan. I activated it at the airport and then couldn't get service. I tried in multiple areas of Tokyo, Yokohama and Kamakura without success. I called 3 times. Once the operator "reset" my settings and it miraculously worked for a whole 8 hours and then nothing again. Calls to customer service were futile. I had to purchase a local eSim and it worked immediately. I will be cancelling cell service with Mint as soon as I can. Prior to them I had T Mobile and Google Fi and had zero issues travelling internationally.

First of all

First of all, the company website has three different prices listed for the same plan. Then, once we switched, they shut my service off the next day-only mine out of three on the same plan. They send a text that said it was disrupted because of suspected fraudulent activities and to call a number. Couldn't call because they shut my service off. I tried to get them on online chat and sat there for 4 minutes with no response at all. Then, I used my husband's phone to call and they told me I had to call back two days later to talk to the dept that shut it off, even though they had just shut it off. I told them I needed it on before then and they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. When I did go online, they said that that my plan had expired. Yes, the one that I had just bought the day before. I had to pay three months in advance and hope that I can get a refund because I have to have cell service now, not three days from now. Switching companies now!

Costs half as much as Verizon but it’s not as fast.

Mint costs less than half as much as Verizon. The service isn't quite as good but I was so tired of paying $75/month. Don’t expect big wireless carrier speeds and expect some dropped calls.

In response to Mint AI reply to my issue. Thank you but you don't get a pass. An acknowledgement of my problem and a proper response as to when it will be resolved would be great and not lip service as is usual these days. I have already been in the mint > apple finger pointing circle jerk. No thanks. When will RCS messaging be resolved between these two companies. I'm on needles and pin waiting to change to another carrier.
