The phone plan for Mint has been great.

The phone plan for Mint has been great. But then i decided to buy a new phone with them. How dare I do that! Worst company ever. The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen. I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it. Im tired of getting danced around. I want my money back.

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying…

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one…

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally

Poor qualitu

I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.

International Customers

I always purchase a sim only plan for visits to US and coverage has been great - perfect for what I needed. I only wish that I could purchase directly from your website from the UK in advance so that I have everything I need to set it up as soon as I land. Unfortunately in order to do this I have to use BestBuy which isn't a great experience. Please consider setting up an option for international customers to purchase! Thank you!

A person with a vision and cognitive…

I’m a person with a vision and cognitive impairments so it took me quite a while to figure it out how to use the site, but I’m glad that I didn’t was able to purchase a new iPhone 16 Pro from Mint. I usually buy from the Apple Store or somebody more Apple but this was an interesting shopping experience and my iPhone 16 Pro arrived, now waiting for my OtterBox case to put it in, this should arrive today. Until then I won’t really leave my apartment with the phone cause I don’t want to get damaged

These guys are a bunch of crooks

These guys are a bunch of crooks! Lied to me about my prices after a few months, the service is spotty at best, and the customer service is a joke! There is also nowhere to leave a regular google review, so I don’t believe in the ones they advertise in the slightest. Your best bet is to go somewhere else where they will actually tell you the truth about your pricing.

The worst customer service

Been on mint for a year and my husband renewed at the beginning of the year paying for the whole entire year (2025) up front. I got the 5g plan for myself because I don’t leave WiFi much. The second day into the month it said I had used all the data. I hadn’t left the house so we called because it didn’t make sense. The customer service agent we spoke with said it was a problem in their system and that she fixed it and my data should be renewed. When we looked at our account it said I had 15g of data and we figured they gave us a little more to make up for the inconvenience. Then we find two separate charges on our account amounting to $130. We called to get things sorted and they said our plan got upgraded to 15g (which we never authorized) and that the only thing they could do was refund us the charges but couldn’t downgrade the plan. Meaning we would be charged every month for a 15g plan. We stated we didn’t authorize this and never asked to be upgraded and the lady told us she could cancel our plan and our account would be suspended. All of this from a problem on their end. So we are now 3 hours deep into conversation with customer service for issues that they have caused. We’ve talked to 3 different people having to explain everything over again. Their customer service is awful and I cannot even believe the way they have handled things. It’s a great price but their customer service is very poor. Don’t expect an issue to be fixed easily or quickly.

COVERAGE OK, TRIED TO RENEW ON LINE WITH MY CANADIAN MASTERCARD SAME AS WHEN I PAID FIRST TIME, WONT ACCEPT IT, SO I PHONED VERY POLITE BUT COMMUNICATION ALMOST IMPOSSIBE, got a reply, but no solution i want to renew with same international card but for some reason they cant do it, i just want to pay them, just tell me how if possible, ,
