How dare I do that! Worst company ever.
The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen.
I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it.
Im tired of getting danced around.
I want my money back.
I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option
There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally
I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.
Terrible Data Service After First Month – Do Not Recommend
I paid for the first month plan for $15 and everything was fine at the beginning.
But as soon as I extended the plan for a longer time, I started noticing terrible internet service. This isn't just a one-time issue—after 6 months of the same experience, I'm fed up.
Today is June 4, and my data renews on the 1st of every month. I’ve barely used any of it (35 MB), and yet I can’t even connect to my email. I was lost today, and the internet wasn’t working from morning until now (4:21 PM).
Absolutely do not recommend. It’s been a nightmare.
I like that its cheap and i can pay for the whole year at once. The service works in most places but occasionally it'll cut out. I don't like that there are hidden fees tacked on when youre checking out. Why is there a processing fee and a $20 renewal fee? I save money throughout the year to pay for the subscription and i was confused because i paid $186 for the first year and then 200 something the second. I get things are getting more expensive but just be upfront
I’m not technically savvy so to switch over I spoke with an extremely patient person, that’s the first thing I have to say. Next, right up front the pricing is amazing! No double talk, nothing hidden, just “BAM!” This it, take it or leave it. I love that!
Sometimes the service stops working, doesn’t load anything online other than that it’s a good company kudos to the customer center. They really always try their best to attend to us properly
