It was my partners 40th Birthday and I ordered from yourselves 6 days before so I could give him his present, 10 days later and despite having 5 notifications to say it's out for delivery I am yet to receive parcel.Won't be ordering again

Christmas gifts
Ordered gifts for Christmas but the parcel went missing at the courier stage. They were no help whatsoever. Contacted Menkind and they sent out a replacement the next day. Lovely, helpful customer service.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Firstly I paid for next day delivery, which would have been Saturday and it didn’t arrive until Sunday. I ordered 24 AA batteries as part of my order and only received a pack of 8 AA batteries! I contacted customer services requesting the missing 16 batteries only to be told I must pay postage to return the 8 batteries and then re-order 24 batteries. I find it absurd I should have to firstly return the 8 and not be sent the missing 16 and then the nerve that I should pay to return postage of the 8 batteries I received and re-order 24 batteries to then again pay the delivery fee to me.

Amazing customer service experience
Having purchased some Christmas gifts from this company, I found the customised Plushie to have printing errors and contacted customer service. I was blown away with how helpful & efficient they were, with continued messages over the Christmas period. The plushie was made and sent from an outside company and so they immediately forwarded my issue to the company.When they did not respond back to Menkind in a timely manor, Menkind emailed me to let me know they had stepped in to refund the item…. Customer service like this is rare with many online companies these days, so I highly recommend this store to shop for great gifts and in the unlikely even something is not right their customer service will be there to help!
