It was my partners 40th Birthday and I ordered from yourselves 6 days before so I could give him his present, 10 days later and despite having 5 notifications to say it's out for delivery I am yet to receive parcel.Won't be ordering again

Purchased a Menkind jellyfish lamp from Argos for my daughter for Christmas. The thing is absolutely terrible the jellyfish just instantly get tangled in a ball and sit in the top corner. What's the point of using all that resource and effort to manufacture something so terrible? And ask me to pay £60 for it. Very disappointed little girl on Christmas morning. Santa would never go near such absolute tat.

Paid extra for express delivery and it didn't happen. Very disappointed. No refund. Don't promise something you can't do.

Me kind a fabulous store
Men kind a fabulous store. Want something different this is the store for that’, have gift for the kids from age 8-adults I mean rated over 18 gift's. I brought a decanter and two wine glasses for my son for Christmas he was trilled with his gift as it had an unusual twisted design to it. I would definitely recommend the store to have a browse or you can view on line, plus there different payment option which I find very easy and helpful on purchasing my gift

My son bought one, he’s a big ac/dc fan, he was showing his friends it and he dropped it. So as part of his birthday present I’ve bought this one. It arrived fine, well wrapped, and hopefully won’t be dropped this time. Looks good.

I would give them no stars if I could
I would give them no stars if I could, please avoid at all costs. I bought an item before Xmas which was not suitable. I brought the item back for a refund, firstly the rude shop assistant who I believe was the shop manager in Cheltenham didn’t want to give me a refund and secondly when he finally did I have never recieved the money. I have contacted Menkind on several occasions but am still waiting for both a response and a refund. Terrible service !!!!

Well, the first order got badly damaged but those at Menkind sent me a replacement within days. Truly a fantastic company and their service is awesome. The prices are incredible, the goods are top notch and the range of items is huge. The best place to get anything and everything. 10/10 for being brilliant 👏 👌
