Β£200 offer adjusted to Β£95
I was offered Β£200 for a 5 year old iPhone that has never been out of a case or not had a screen protector on. The battery health was in the mid 70% range. They sent me a revised offer of Β£95 due to the battery and wear and tear. To be fair, customer service has been good but I checked each of their check boxes before sending it in to make sure I would not have this problem. My advice is to add the required battery health level on the main page and be realistic with wear and tear

What an amazing experience. Communication excellent as was price offered. Clear instructions to post, all in a timely fashion. Update once device received and within 24-hours I had been paid - and what they had originally offered. No haggling. Fantastic company. Will use again for sure
