I was using a big and famous company to sell my mobile phones for years. First time tried another one which is meeliemobile.com because of mainly they pay more and has amazing reviews on Trustpilot.com. I’m quite impressed as selling mobile phone to this company worked quite hustle free. They provide free postage label to send the phone to them. It’s insured up to £150. ( I needed higher insurance so sent via Royal Mail’s special next day at my own cost.) They have got nice and informative website which makes the process easier. Once they received the mobile phone yesterday, they have done necessary checks and send payment today to my bank account in full. My experience with them was easy, fast and pain free. Within my first experience, I can recommend them to family and friends and I’ll be using them again as long as they keep their competitive prices and professional standards at this level…

Dealing with Meelie was a pleasure. They gave a competitive quote for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, which was in very good condition. Importantly, they honoured the quote - I had dealt with a competitor company (see my other review) who made a low-ball offer and were very unprofessional. Meelie’s offer was almost 75% better. After sending my phone to them, they very quickly and efficiently checked the device was as stated and made payment to my bank the same day. Having been very disillusioned with my dealings with the other company, they restored my faith in dealing with a phone recycler. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Offering £39 for my model of phone which had been kept in a wallet. It looked immaculate but they said it had a spot on the back and offered me £7. Very disappointed.

This was the most simple phone sale ever. I sent the phone on Monday, it was received Tuesday, and I was paid on Wednesday. It was one of the highest priced recyclers for phones so that’s a bonus too.
