They said my phone was a non-EU device
They said my phone was a non-EU device, it's a Samsung Galaxy purchased from Samsung UK, it was not manufactured in the UK though! They are sending it back, so it better arrive back in the pristine condition I sent it in! What a big old waste of time.

Excellent and efficient service
Second time I have used this company, and this experience was exactly the same as the first... excellent. Unlike a phone buying company called Smart Cellular who make promises and guarantees they do not keep, Meelie received my device in the morning, processed it early afternoon and offered the price of what they originally quoted, asked for ID mid afternoon which I submitted straight away, and paid late afternoon all in the same day. I can definitely recommend an I will use them again. 5 star service.

Fabulous service and excellent communication. MoneySupermarket email suggested selling mobile phone to this Meelie Mobile company. I checked the reviews of all they recommended and this one I was satisfied was genuine. Completed the details on the website, got a price, printed the postal label, took to PO, email to say it had arrived and by that evening another email to say they had agreed the price and would pay into my bank account. What a joy to have such efficiency these days. Recommended so far and I have done my bit for the environment.

Outstanding service
I am so impressed with the excellent service I've received from Meelie. I printed off the pre-paid postage label, dropped off the package at the post office on Tuesday and received payment for my Samsung phone two days later on Thursday. If only more companies could achieve this level of customer service!

Fantastic experience at Meelie Mobile!
I purchased a device from meelie mobile on wednesday and it has already arrived in absolutely fantastic condition. I wasnt sure what phone to purchase, so I called up and spoke to the young lady over the phone ( I think her name was Stacey). She was very knowledgeable about the devices in which Meelie Mobile sell and what would be best for me. Overall a very positive experience and I shall certainly use Meelie Mobile again.
