This company is not honest at all.
This company is not honest at all. The phone has been in a clamshell case from out of the box. On top of that I took photos of the entire phone, back front and the screen. They then tried to offer me 19 pounds! Bit of a drop from 300. They also claimed it would need to be repaired! Stay away Find another company or sell privately. Edit I'm always happy to admit when I'm wrong. They did contact me and it has been resolved. I was also sent a video showing my phones arrival and it being worked on. It was handled professionally and carefully. A special thanks to the following staff members : Ruby Phoebe Stacey Hannah Managers look closely, This is an example of how to turn an issue into a wonderful resolution.

First time I have dealt with Meeliemobile , everything went smoothly and was easy. I only read the reviews after I posted my phone and must admit I was slightly concerned whether I had done right because of some negative reviews, I personally had no issues and I am very pleased with their service , I was kept informed throughout and was paid promptly through bank transfer
