I seem to have made a mistake when entering my email address and consequently failed to get a confirmation of the order. However, once I communicated this to the company, they rang me saying they had traced the order and all was well. Good customer service.

Fabulous service and excellent communication. MoneySupermarket email suggested selling mobile phone to this Meelie Mobile company. I checked the reviews of all they recommended and this one I was satisfied was genuine. Completed the details on the website, got a price, printed the postal label, took to PO, email to say it had arrived and by that evening another email to say they had agreed the price and would pay into my bank account. What a joy to have such efficiency these days. Recommended so far and I have done my bit for the environment.
