Evaluations are incorrect
Sent a Samsung z flip 5 in great condition very minimal wear and tear as I had a great case, but they claim there were deep scratches and marks on the screen. None were true but I should have took pictures before hand. Wouldn't use these again, if you do use these takes pictures before hand. Reference W4AF9450366 Never had any further responses even after they wanted my reference (15/04/2025)

I rang up their counter offer team and asked them for the following details, the lady had to backtrack a couple times so that just told me they were going to scam from the start. Sent in my Brand New Device. It was not sealed so they dropped the price by £105. I phoned to ask what they would sell this device for they said it would be Like new refurbished. The Price of the same headset brand new on their site is £949 (Sealed) My original quote price £580 (Sealed) Seal broken they dropped the price to £475. The like new refurbished version of this headset on their website in the like new condition is selling for £929 minimum... So you are selling the device for £30 less on your site and are lowballing me £105. Honestly this is daylight robbery and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Unfortunately I need the money so I have had to take your pathetic counter offer.

Meelie was excellent as a business to deal with. I send 3 phones. N4AEG401077 N4ADP551817 N4AEG381031 By Royal Mail delivery, they received the phone like 10 am. I received an acknowledgment email that they received the devices. Afternoon like 2pm received an email, saying phone is good as mentioned by me. They are ready to pay for the devices. And I received the payment as promised by Meelie. The payment is instant which is very helpful. Before 5pm. I was wondering if I have to wait untill midnight to receive the payment but my bank was blinking with payment like 1640 pm. Pretty easy experience. Thank you Meelie👍
