I rang up their counter offer team and asked them for the following details, the lady had to backtrack a couple times so that just told me they were going to scam from the start. Sent in my Brand New Device. It was not sealed so they dropped the price by £105. I phoned to ask what they would sell this device for they said it would be Like new refurbished. The Price of the same headset brand new on their site is £949 (Sealed) My original quote price £580 (Sealed) Seal broken they dropped the price to £475. The like new refurbished version of this headset on their website in the like new condition is selling for £929 minimum... So you are selling the device for £30 less on your site and are lowballing me £105. Honestly this is daylight robbery and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Unfortunately I need the money so I have had to take your pathetic counter offer.
