Disappointed
Disappointed, quoted 95 for my phone, sent it off and got an offer of 31 for it due to a small scratch. Didn't notice it so must have been small, not sure a 64 reduction is fair. Have asked for it to be returned. Feels a waste of time. They replied to advise the case was cracked but another company deemed it a light scratch and fortunately gave me a reasonable price.

Poor company, sent a phone in without a mark on, they claimed it was scratched which it clearly wasn't, they claim wear and tear is allowed, and tried scamming me out of an extra £30, you are best going with CEX or a more reputable recycle company
