I had a problem with the air valve on…
I had a problem with the air valve on the aircast Cryo/cuff lid. I emailed Medical supplies support who emailed me back within hours and sent me a complete new unit the next day. Communication was outstanding with regular updates.

Delivery time major issue
Ordered on a wednesday, actually delived the following Tuesday. More than 2 working days and arrived after I had left on holiday where I needed these. Waste of (expensive) £4.95 delivery charge. Product itself was as described.

I ordered medical shoes, for my wife through this wonderful company. The process for ordering was fantastic.
