I had a problem with the air valve on…
I had a problem with the air valve on the aircast Cryo/cuff lid. I emailed Medical supplies support who emailed me back within hours and sent me a complete new unit the next day. Communication was outstanding with regular updates.

Easy site to use and find what you were looking for especially being senior. The quality of the walker boot was very good but unfortunately for me the height of the tall boot was a bit high for me to use so have passed it on, a height chart might be a good idea, will probably order a shorter one

The foam/padding stuff definitely did the trick. I had fractured my knee cap and the splint the hospital put on was really painful. But after sticking this on all the metal bars it was comfortable. It made all the difference. Thankyou.

Quick and efficient
No problem at all, nice and easy of very quick. However the verralls on the bottom have worn through all ready, and I don't use them much, as use the wheelchair!! Hand grips and under arms pads are much better than the foam ones.
