Brilliant experience
What a great experience I had with Sophie at Martyn Gerrard. She couldn't have been more helpful from the moment I spoke to her on the phone when enquiring about a flat to rent.Sophie spent time finding out exactly what we were looking for and came back to me within an hour on What's App with a list of properties we could view, all meeting our criteria.She lined up 6 appointments for us on the same day and met us at the first one.She accompanied us on all the viewings and gave us a really balanced opinion on the pros and cons of each property.By the end of the day we had found a great flat, made an offer which was accepted and completed the paperwork and paid the deposit.After a frustrating week of making enquiries to agents who never got back to me or returned my calls it was so refreshing to deal with Sophie who was professional, efficient and absolutely lovely too.

Craig Thompkins
My property sale was protracted, but from start to finish Craig Thompkins helped me hang on. He was professional, empathetic and had a sense of humour which I needed especially at the real pressure points when I was ranting and ready to throw in the towel. I'm not sure I'm ready to sell again just yet, but when I am I'll be looking for Craig's help again.
