Marsh and Parsons, Tooting - a really good experience!

I recently used the Tooting Bec branch of Marsh and Parson to sell my property and cannot speak highly enough of their Director, Angelo Mulholland. Angelo and Thomas Syms were reliable and honest in their dealings with me, they are both highly experienced agents who know the wider housing market and the local market well and understand the impact of the change in one on the other. Connor Marney, managed the on-the-ground marketing and sale of my property, an absolute star! Calm and reliable, unfailingly polite and hard working I felt really fortunate having Connor as part of my sales team. A big thank you to M&P, I have no hesitation in recommending you!

I worked with Marsh and Parsons to do a short-term lease. My agent rushed me to send over full funds (deposit and entirety of rent) immediately to secure the flat, warning me that I might not get the place otherwise, so I did. He wrote to confirm that I got the place. A month later, he said that I actually did not get the place as apparently the landlord was no longer renting it out, despite the contract and confirmation. He “generously” — that’s sarcasm — offered to refund the money. When he sent it back, it was short $1k. He refused to do anything else about it. Not only did he fail to fulfill contract obligations and screw me over that way, he also caused me financial loss for the privilege.

Tatiana Rodrigues - a very professional Property Manager

M&P have been managing our property for 6+ years. Over that time we have had several different Property Managers and our experiences have been mixed. However, the most helpful, organized and friendly property manager (by far) is Tatiana Rodrigues. Tatiana makes a lot of effort to keep on top of all stakeholders related to our property. This is not always easy and it is made more challenging because we live overseas and on a very different timezone. Tatiana juggles the different issues and challenges very well and we are really happy with her managing the property on our behalf.

Jasmin at Marsh & Parsons was great to work with for our leasing process. We are new to the UK so this was a new process for us, with lots of paperwork & logistics to sort out. She was very helpful and responsive throughout. We are now happily in our new home and loving it! :)

Edward Summers has provided great service as our tenancy manager

What really topped my experience with M&P was my tenancy agent. Edward Summers has always been incredibly quick with responses and very helpful with any issues or queries we've had during our tenancy. Most recently we are undertaking a tenancy transfer and he has provided the best service and assistance with all steps of the process, even going beyond to facilitate certain things for us. I am very happy with his service and glad we had him as our Tenancy Manager before he moves on to a new role.

Don’t waste your time with their Askew Road and Acton Branch!

I appointed M&P’s Askew Road & Acton branch to sell my maisonette in Shepherd’s Bush. Their service was absolutely appalling. I can’t believe that they manage to stay in business. I dealt with 2 members of their sales team and both were very incompetent. Unfortunately I signed a 12 week contract so I had to wait until that period was up before I could terminate my relationship with them. I was told a number of lies and when that started to happen, I realised I’d made a big mistake appointing them. When I emailed them to advise that I wanted to withdraw from the process, they didn’t even bother to contact me to apologise or try to persuade me to stay with them. It was then that I realised I had made a big mistake appointing them and I’m now extremely annoyed because I wasted 12 valuable weeks waiting for them to find a buyer. I’m now working with another company which I know will treat me as a valued customer which is something that M&P were unable to do.
