I’ve purchased goods from MandM Ireland on a number of occasions and have been very impressed with the service, quality and cost. I’ve received my purchases within s couple of days and have had no issues with anything I’ve bought. The discounts on named brands are fantastic!

The ease of a years delivery …
I finally spent the extra few quid to get a years free express delivery and it has been Fantastic, I no longer have to look to pair up something I want with something I could take or leave just to have free delivery, there has been times I went to buy something specific and added other things to make it worth my time but now if there happens to be a bargain on boxer shorts or socks and I'd like them it costs nothing more than the excellent bargain price

The worst returns policy
I ordered a pair of shoes that didn’t fit so I went to get a return label. I was charged 10.99 for my return label, which will not be refunded upon the item arriving undamaged. When I went to the email to print my return label I found out I have to go to a shop which is a 25 minute drive away (I don’t drive so I can’t even get there) so that they can print the return label. I am shocked that this if how there returns policy operates.
