Ordered a sim card and a prepaid plan. Upon completed payment the site returned a page with "Internal Server Error". The transaction was successfully completed (confirmed on my credit card statement), but no confirmation email or any other information was given. Customer support is very much unavailable, hiding behind a prerecorded message claiming "longer times than usual". This message is on regardless on time of day. So, when is "usual"? The LIA chatbot is hopelessly unhelpful and useless.

I signed up with them as they promised free roaming service for calls texts and data but my sim simply does not work outside Sweden and when I called about it they said I had to pay extra for roaming even though they promised it for free and then hung up on me.

Värsta dyngan man hitta. De sitter i Indien och fattar inte ett dugg vad man vill ha hjälp med. Kan inte ens lösa de med simpla problemen p.g.a. de inte förstår. Den jag pratade med sa 5 gånger till mig att jag hade telia fast jag sa 5 gånger till henne att jag har Telenor. En 2 åring förstår bättre även fast de inte heller kan lösa problemet, fördelen är att slipper bli frustread dock.
Lycamobile does listen to customers concern and take action. It might take sometime if it is complicated issue, but they do prioritize our concerns. Thanks for taking action in my issue.

Lycamobile Sweden has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called more than 10 times and I received several Reference numbers because the staff was unable to fix the issues. My sim suddenly stopped working altogether, no calls no internet, no SMS. I still had to pay even though I was unable to use the sim, transferring my number to a new lyca sim also did not work even after several attempts. The staff is unfriendly and incompetent. I can not recommend it to anyone. Just pay a bit more and get a decent carrier.
Tokbilligt för mig som har 3 barn sparar jag 2200 kr /år jämfört med Comviq och samma data. Bättre täckning sedan de bytte från Telenor till Telia. Lite klurigt att lägga in betalningen första gången, fylla i gatuadress. Enklast är att betala via Swish med Tankalyca appen Cheap especially for me as a father of three, Lycamobile saves me 2200 sek per year. Excellent quality since they now use the Telia network instead of Telenor.
I have been having multiple issues with Lyca customer care , I ordered a sim card on June and got it delivered on July after 1 month after 10 emails and several phone calls to Lyca customer care and none of it was recorded against my history or complaints and I was almost fed up. That is when Francis from Lyca called and explained the issues and issues with the new customer care and helped me to set up my Sim and gave me the email details on where I should raise my complaints. I never got any of this help with customer care before. They were so rude. Later Shanty helped in taking my case further and she escalated the case and agrees to get me the bundle extension for the time I had waited for the sim card. Thanks Shanty and Francis for the help, otherwise I would have left Lyca and moved to another service provider
Problem resolved by Lycamobile Sweden. Nice lady contacted me by the name "Neelima" from Costumer service and solved the matter within some hours. It was a genuine technical fault. I am happy after using Lycamobile for more then a decade, they value their customers and didn't let me down.
A tip for Lycamobile Sweden - become better at costumer service. Called and waited 48h, as I was told, for them to fix a problem with the new sim card, that I had just put in my phone. No signal. Wrote a mail also. No respond. Chose Hallon. --- Lycamobile has responded private on my review. That gives them an extra star :) ---
Värst! Jag köpt och installerade paket men fick inte pengarna på balans och kunde inte ringa eller skicka sms! Jag ringde till telefonservis support men dem var så otrevliga och aggiterade och jag fick ingen hjälp ! Jag skickade email men fick inte svar också! Jag rekommenderar inte Lycamobile!!!
