Ordered a sim card and a prepaid plan. Upon completed payment the site returned a page with "Internal Server Error". The transaction was successfully completed (confirmed on my credit card statement), but no confirmation email or any other information was given. Customer support is very much unavailable, hiding behind a prerecorded message claiming "longer times than usual". This message is on regardless on time of day. So, when is "usual"? The LIA chatbot is hopelessly unhelpful and useless.

I signed up with them as they promised free roaming service for calls texts and data but my sim simply does not work outside Sweden and when I called about it they said I had to pay extra for roaming even though they promised it for free and then hung up on me.

Horrible customer service with very many limitations! I turned off my Auto renew before travelling abroad for 3 months and despite having auto-renew turned off, I still got charged for services that I could not even use. My attempts to reach out customercare via emails were futile!
I have been ordering Lycamobile for 2 weeks already and haven't received the sim yet... I have been calling many times...and everytime I have to give the information about name, email, address and MFST number... Recently, I asked the lady who picked up the call "Don't you have the reference number for me to tell you next time, so then I don't have to tell you these again and again" She said yes. Can she just gave me a very fast and long number...She did give me an annoying sound when I asked her to repeat it again... And I was confused about the service that if my sim card got returned to the center, why nobody contact me via email to check whether my address is right or not... and you have the weird policy that if the sim card haven't reached you in 10 days, they will do nothing because it depends on the post service...and she just hang up my call. beep beep beep. I'm really upset about this. Really Anyway, I must say that the promotion and internet are super great and worth it. If you don't have a CUSTOMER SERVICE PROBLEM like me, then I really recommend you to use Lycamobile since you can do a lot of things with it. PS. My friends did order 2 of them a month ago and haven't received their simcard neither...They just give up on the service... Also, my boyfriend got a simcard with the same address with my friends and it took to 8 days to activate the bundle... There really are a number of bad customer experience going on here, so I write it down for better improvement.
