Ordered a sim card and a prepaid plan. Upon completed payment the site returned a page with "Internal Server Error". The transaction was successfully completed (confirmed on my credit card statement), but no confirmation email or any other information was given. Customer support is very much unavailable, hiding behind a prerecorded message claiming "longer times than usual". This message is on regardless on time of day. So, when is "usual"? The LIA chatbot is hopelessly unhelpful and useless.

I signed up with them as they promised free roaming service for calls texts and data but my sim simply does not work outside Sweden and when I called about it they said I had to pay extra for roaming even though they promised it for free and then hung up on me.

Jag hade ett abb som skulle kosta 160/mån, när jag skulle betala var summan 420 och en vecka senare var det uppe i 1120. Skrev till kundtjänst men inget svar på en vecka då bytte jag till ett riktigt tele bolag. Grymt besviken på usel kundservice.
I have ordred a SIM card since the 21st of Februari and I haven't received it until now no response over the customer support email no response when contacting customer support they just tell you to send an email and then no answer !! Very bad customer support and very bad service
The customer service is too bad. They agreed to refund after the complaint registration but then never did. I called again after a month, and it took them 20mins to find the case and finally promised to do so in 14days. It's been 6 weeks and hasn't received it yet. I guess I will have to call them again. They need to work a lot to improve their webpage as well.
