A big thank you to Victor and his team for the level of services I received selling my apartment 3 years ago. It's not just selling a property, it's the after care I have received after 3 years with locating documents after a death in the family and forwarding them in super quick time to the solicitor.For buying and selling property they are professional and go the extra mile for care to the client. We are happy with the service supplied by Lupain estatate agents selling our property, We were able to leave all the details involved in selling a property to Victor, Bernado & the team, while we were in the UK. We only returned to Tererife for the fial sign over, how ever I'm assured that the sign over could have been organised in the UK if necessary

Nous sommes un couple de retraités à la recherche d’un appartement dans le sud de Tenerife, avec des critères très exigeants et la volonté de pouvoir faire de la location courte durée. Milena DAFONSECA , de l’agence Lupain, a parfaitement compris notre demande et nous a accompagné pendant plusieurs mois avec patience, bienveillance et professionnalisme. Elle nous a fait visiter plusieurs appartements avec plaisir, toujours à l’écoute, honnête et sincère. Elle connaît très bien le marché local et nous a informés des évolutions à venir concernant la location saisonnière. Elle parle parfaitement anglais, français et espagnol, ce qui a été un vrai plus. Grâce à elle, nous avons trouvé l’appartement idéal. Un grand merci à Milena, que nous recommandons vivement .M et Mme PLOT

From the first moment we told them our expectations, to the last moment when everything was finalized, the whole process was perfect! Perfect, relaxing holiday in Los Cristianos apartment
We stayed at a holiday let apartment managed by Ann and her team. The apartment was in Victoria Court 1, it was nicely fitted out with all the essentials needed for a good holiday as a couple. We booked this trip prior to covid but unfortunately were unable to travel on two prior occasions. Ann was outstanding in honouring the booking. A couple of our friends had booked privately with owners in Cristian Sur who failed to honour their reservations, the moral of the story is book direct through Lupain property. This is the second time that we've used Lupain and we couldn't recommend their professionalism and going that extra mile enough. We will certainly be using them in the near future and just would like to say thank you to Ann and the team. Colin and Linda

Just back from a delightful 16 days staying at cristian sur complex,Tenerife,the apartment is clean and modern in a spectacular location close to beach,shops and restaurants,our host Ann was brilliant, nothing is too much trouble should you need her.cant wait to return.

I want to thank here Victor and the whole team, I have excellent expirience with agent Daniel - he helped me with his dynamic, productive and realible approach to purchase my new studio apartement and also with the accountant Bernardo who helped to finalize the whole thing. Its really not easy to find on Tenerife people you can trust (yeah, on my Tenerife studio apartement I spent my life savings and this is already something you need to be helped by the right people to avoid scammers (Daniel saved my ass from one dodgy seller - thank you!!!)

Lupain helped me to find a lovely apartment and especially Milena was most helpful. She guided me through the different possibilities for apartments and helped throughout the process. She was always available via phone, even on weekends and late evenings. Also, the contract signing etc. was efficient by the office.
