A big thank you to Victor and his team for the level of services I received selling my apartment 3 years ago. It's not just selling a property, it's the after care I have received after 3 years with locating documents after a death in the family and forwarding them in super quick time to the solicitor.For buying and selling property they are professional and go the extra mile for care to the client. We are happy with the service supplied by Lupain estatate agents selling our property, We were able to leave all the details involved in selling a property to Victor, Bernado & the team, while we were in the UK. We only returned to Tererife for the fial sign over, how ever I'm assured that the sign over could have been organised in the UK if necessary

Nous sommes un couple de retraités à la recherche d’un appartement dans le sud de Tenerife, avec des critères très exigeants et la volonté de pouvoir faire de la location courte durée. Milena DAFONSECA , de l’agence Lupain, a parfaitement compris notre demande et nous a accompagné pendant plusieurs mois avec patience, bienveillance et professionnalisme. Elle nous a fait visiter plusieurs appartements avec plaisir, toujours à l’écoute, honnête et sincère. Elle connaît très bien le marché local et nous a informés des évolutions à venir concernant la location saisonnière. Elle parle parfaitement anglais, français et espagnol, ce qui a été un vrai plus. Grâce à elle, nous avons trouvé l’appartement idéal. Un grand merci à Milena, que nous recommandons vivement .M et Mme PLOT

Acquisto appartamento a Tenerife
Ho acquistato a distanza un appartamento a Los Cristianos, grazie alla professionalità di Marco Righi sono stato seguito passo passo e consigliato nel migliore dei modi su ogni singola scelta e per ogni minimo dettaglio. L'acquisto aveva lo scopo di permettermi di vivere lunghi periodi in questa meravigliosa isola ma, considerando che lavoro in Italia, avevo bisogno di avere la possibilità di poterlo affittare per avere una rendita nei periodi dove non posso essere sull'Isola. Scrivo la recensione solamente ora, a più di sei mesi dal rogito, perché ora ho la certezza che tutto quello che Marco mi ha prospettato durante la delicata decisione e nel corso delle trattative si è rivelato corretto ed è andato anche oltre le aspettative... Con piccoli accorgimenti l'appartamento è diventato uno splendore ed ora ha molto appeal (garantendomi una buona rendita) per tutti gli ospiti e per la mia famiglia ogni volta che riusciamo ad essere lì. Devo rivolgere un grazie sincero anche a Bernardo Rojas che ha curato scrupolosamente tutti gli adempimenti burocratici e fiscali per le utenze, le licenze e i passaggi di proprietà permettendomi di "godermi un sogno" con tutta la tranquillità necessaria. Non ho mai scritto recensioni in vita mia e non sono affatto social ma questa volta dovevo proprio condividere il mio pensiero e consigliare, a chi leggesse, questi splendidi professionisti. Grazie Marco, grazie Lupain!!!!!

Nous sommes arrivés à l'agence en fin de matinée et Daniel nous a reçu sans Rdv. 2H plus tard nous avions 3 visites d'appartement programmée avec lui !!! Une écoute parfaite, une réactivité exceptionnelle. Il a même organisé une visite le dimanche!! Si vous passez chez Lupain, demandez Daniel, vous serez très bien accompagné. Lupain for a great holiday!!
My friends and I rented a villa from Lupain Properties for a recent golf trip. I own 2 properties myself in Tenerife and am very familiar with standards of service both good and bad on the island. Everyone at Lupain are a credit to Tenerife! From booking with Ann to dealing with Josh and Dani at the villa it was a great service experience. The villa was immaculate and little touches like the welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend Lupain to anyone looking for a stress free booking experience and a great holiday!! Regards Sean

Selling a house is sometimes more than just signing a contract. Especially if you are a resident in Spain and you are wondering how to deal with the tax that ultimately has to be paid. We were greatly helped by Joshua and Bernardo because, as a foreigner who does not speak much Spanish, it was very difficult to obtain the required certificate "fiscal resident".
