Reported problem with my washing…

Reported problem with my washing machine on Saturday and received a message on Monday to say it had been sent to a contractor. An hour later a contractor had called me to arrange a time to come and fix the machine. By 12pm the same day I had a working washing machine. Thank you Claire from Live difrent and the contractor, such an easy process.

High Rent/Poor Service - AVOID

Given that all of the property managers say that the least favourite part of their role is deposit deductions, they sure had fun with ours. It was a bad experience from the offset, they didn’t know where the key for the house were when we were first moving in and actually rendered us homeless for a period of time due to negligence on their part then they didn’t do an inventory or do anything to restore the house to a suitable standard. They offered no viable solutions to any issues we had, the property itself had been rushed when built so we had all sorts of issues with plumbing, leaks, faulty equipment such as washing machine and they were always extremely slow to respond. The management team must have changed about ten times during our short tenancy and the latest property manager has to be one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Now we have left the property, despite them not doing any inventory checks when we moved in, they are using old images to show the alleged state of the house before we moved in. Please avoid at all costs, it is honestly not worth pursuing a property with these incompetent, unprofessional leeches who try to up rents repeatedly for no valid reason. We were told that paying nearly £1,000 in rent a month was competitive, it was sandwiched between multiple council estates filled with antisocial behaviour and crime and was nowhere near the train station or what they called “Rowley Regis town centre” which isn’t even a place that exists. AVOID Note: I have verified my review separately, providing my name and phone number, I’ve noticed that Live Difrent try to question the veracity of any negative reviews but it’s funny how you never see them question the truthfulness of the positive reviews, all of which look suspicious :)

Perfect Tenancy!

I had a tenancy with Live DifRent and they were exceptional across all areas. Consistently professional and very efficient and effective at dealing with any queries throughout the whole process of referencing through to terminating my tenancy. A special mention to Claire C who was excellent, polite and provided a great service.

Happy with the speed and agility

They have excellent customer services, fast and effective reaction, they offered me support during our renting process, and after the contract was signed. I definitely recomment Live DifRent, for renting a property! They offer beautiful houses, with generous rear garden, long term contracts, they are flexible, and professionals! Reported a couple of faults mid Friday afternoon which were both quickly escalated and resolved. In fact the engineer knocked whilst I was still replying on the portal. Amazing, quick service!

A property manager sent by angels!

We have been in our new property just under 2 weeks and I feel absolutely compelled to publicly thank our incredible property manager Claire. With it being a new property, we thought it would be seamless !! However there have been more than a few (sorry Claire!) things that have needed attention. We have never had such an attentive & “happy to help” property manager. Nothing we ask of her is too much, and no amount of phone calls or emails ever seem to be an inconvenience. Thank you Claire for being so incredibly wonderful and lovely. Your kindness means more than you know.

Brilliant experience, verry helpful

We as a family with 3 kids like to share our good experience about Live difrent,we already more then 4 years with them as tenant, and we have enjoyed in our Live difrent home. They have a good professional team with great communication to ensure exactly what you want and assist you with any issue,they exceeded my expectations, special Mr A. Stephenson, as they are very professional, they guide you through the whole process and they have excellent value for money, honestly, this service is great, and it’s really works, the process was smooth. I will not hesitate to use them again in future and would highly recommend them, and me as a consumer want my voices can be heard.

I moved to Liverpool in 2017 and up to this point I’ve not had any worries any repairs safety checks or whatever else is dealt with in time and I need to give credit to Claire Charlton she responds to all my issues as soon as I raise them she keeps me informed of the progress throughout and I couldn’t ask for a better Asset Manager

If it was possible to give zero stars I…

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. This company is an absolute disgrace, they have recently put our rent up by £50 per month which isn’t the issue it’s the way they go about it. Lead you into a negotiation then give you a higher amount and basically tell you if you don’t like it you have a month to leave the property. Such a shame because the houses are lovely but I would strongly advise anyone thinking about renting from this disgusting company to reconsider or at least look at the numerous poor reviews this company has received on several review sites this tells its own story.

🔴AVOID

🔴AVOID live DifRent Ellesmere Port If I could give no stars I would Rent gone up £30mth and said you can negotiate if too high so we said £20mth so they come back with rent is now £45 extra per month and non negotiable if you don’t want to agree give 30 days notice. Been told and looking at reviews you don’t get your deposit back! They make excuses about anything Absolute scum of a company. The house is nice but the floor, paving and few other things put in dodgy. Moved in and it was meant to be professional cleaned so took photos it was dirt and grime, floor carpet was dirty, shower seal, grout has mold coming through we’re they masked over it. Surly there is something we can do as they are getting away with ripping people off. The government should investigate people like these.
