High Rent/Poor Service - AVOID

Given that all of the property managers say that the least favourite part of their role is deposit deductions, they sure had fun with ours. It was a bad experience from the offset, they didn’t know where the key for the house were when we were first moving in and actually rendered us homeless for a period of time due to negligence on their part then they didn’t do an inventory or do anything to restore the house to a suitable standard. They offered no viable solutions to any issues we had, the property itself had been rushed when built so we had all sorts of issues with plumbing, leaks, faulty equipment such as washing machine and they were always extremely slow to respond. The management team must have changed about ten times during our short tenancy and the latest property manager has to be one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Now we have left the property, despite them not doing any inventory checks when we moved in, they are using old images to show the alleged state of the house before we moved in. Please avoid at all costs, it is honestly not worth pursuing a property with these incompetent, unprofessional leeches who try to up rents repeatedly for no valid reason. We were told that paying nearly £1,000 in rent a month was competitive, it was sandwiched between multiple council estates filled with antisocial behaviour and crime and was nowhere near the train station or what they called “Rowley Regis town centre” which isn’t even a place that exists. AVOID Note: I have verified my review separately, providing my name and phone number, I’ve noticed that Live Difrent try to question the veracity of any negative reviews but it’s funny how you never see them question the truthfulness of the positive reviews, all of which look suspicious :)
