Jordan was so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time making sure I had all my questions answered and was in no rush. He seemed to truly care about my needs and made me feel comfortable about going with this company. I'm excited to get my equipment and know that I will always have help at the push of a button.
Sherry was wonderful! She was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. If I were to run my own business again, I would hire her, and I have very high standards for my employees. The only suggestion that I would make is that I would appreciate the opportunity to pay for overnight or two-day delivery. Unfortunately, this service is not currently being offered. Other than that, I give Life Station top marks. I've had it for my dad for six years and it has proven to be a life-saving benefit that gives me peace of mind.

The main selling point for us was the excellent job that Frankie did in his explanations. He really took the time to explain all the details and was very helpful. He really understood your product and helped us get the right product for our needs. Again an excellent job by Frankie!!!! Another selling point was that your service is not outsourced but direct call to someone in the US.

A very helpful and considerate gentleman helped me work out what might work for me the best. There were multiple interruptions that I had to take care of, and he was considerate enough to hold on while I tended to them.
