I wish i could give it minus stars. My experience with this company has been completely terrible. I wouldn’t even recommend their courses to someone i hated! Please save your time & your money

Correspondence/communication with the student consultant is a concern
Customer service, support, in fact they do everything at its best.

I have recently enrolled on the Comptia A course through the Learning People. Patrick, my consultant has been really helpful throughout my training package to date. Learning People talk you through the training packages available and tailor a package to suit your needs. This now enrolled the learning platform is explained fully and is really easy to use. Allowing you to concentrate on completing your training, at your own pace, in a familiar environment to you. I thoroughly recommend that if your looking for a training provider then look no further than the Learning People.
At first I was really hesitant, I asked a tone of questions and watched a lot of their YouTube videos as well as reading their reviews. Billie was able to answer all my questions and direct me to material to help my choose my course (Cyber Security). The platform is really easy to use (you get an introduction too) and studying online has been easier than I thought it would be. The support has been great and I'm over all very happy!
I signed up as I had an interest in moving my career over to IT. Got a phone call the next day from Chris who explained everything really well and suggested a career path for me based on my current skills and experience. I’m now enrolled and I can say that everything is going great the learning is flexible so you can take your time with it, there’s tons of support and help if you need it and I have a clear understanding of what I’m doing, why I’m doing it and what I’m going to gain from it. If you’re interested in a career switch or something new I’d definitely recommend getting in touch for a conversation.
Kitt with the initial introduction to Learning People, advising on upskilling and settling all the doubts I had in my mind, Rachel with the reaching out and making sure everything was going well after signing up and then Francesca with the following up on the careers advice and CV feedback all make the experience a very positive and useful venture.
Theo and Francesca were extremely helpful with the whole process. They supported me from start to finish, with advice on the right course, and career advice that helped me land Mt new job. If I ever wanted to change roles or industries again, I would definitely use The Learning people again in the future because of these guys
From start to finish with the Learning People I felt that not only was my studying supported, but there was a real emphasis put on career goals and growth. I started my journey with the Learning People about a year ago, and am about to graduate from my Full-Stack Software development program. I am super happy with this decision, it's been the best thing I've done for my career, and I'm so glad that I did it with the Learning People. Jordan White, who introduced me to the coding course and helped me get set up, and Francesca Fardell who coached me through my career journey, which started way before I finished my course.
Complete scam. Was promised weekly face to face meetings for training. only had 1. The webpage has a confusing layout and it is too easy to lose your place and spend precious time looking for where you left off. I complained about the lack of content, no response, I wanted a refund, so I phoned them up and they laughed at me and ignored my emails. They make "training courses" which are a predetermined set date and time, so if you work full time: forget it. Edited comment as cannot reply to Learning people Of course you would deny that this is the way you acted! The only reason why I was treated the way I was is beacuse I went through the T&C on the phone with one of your "advisors" and pointed out that I did qualify for a refund which they could not refute.
I enrolled for this course to have the certificate of Prince2 added on my resume. I didnt take the exam yet but the career service is great. it really help me in my job hunting, from making my CV to applying for jobs until i got the interview i got the support i needed and now i got the job as a Project Manager. Big Thanks to Rachel my career service consultant.
Very nice young man that was very helpful , with me being a divergent person I see both sides and my life is about fairness and not one sided . Having autism and ADHD both don't help when you want to share ideas but are shut down by haters 😡 thanks for the info I am going to go into media influencer instead for austism awareness and ADHD for adults cheers ! 🕊️🦋
Since coming to the UK, I have attended trainings but I have not seen this kind before, very inspirational and informative. Before getting to know learning people, I have made enquiries about payment plans but none were able to give me plans like what learning people has given me. This alone makes you standout from the crowd. Well done guys and keep it up.
