I wish i could give it minus stars. My experience with this company has been completely terrible. I wouldn’t even recommend their courses to someone i hated! Please save your time & your money

A brilliant experience
Had a call with Lia regarding my next steps as a data analyst, she was amazing, went through every step, explained the process from start to finish and what options there are in regards to tuition. An absolute star!

Incredible support and platform
Rose and all her colleagues that I have spoken to over the last year have been beyond exceptionally helpful! The platform is incredibly easy to use and the student care team are always on hand to answer literally any question (big or small) or solve any situation/problem you have been having! Such a fantastic team and such a great way of learning, couldn't recommend enough and excited for where this will take me!

Appalling Service, overmarketed out of date material
I contacted Learning People (via TAFE) for course outlines on Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). I received so much promotional material on how good they were... nothing on the actual course, last review date, etc. When I got told by their certifications needed to be done as a group not just the CEH I asked about, that CISSP (they had initially not heard of) was inferior. I informed them I am only interested in CEH and asked once more for course details and age of their CEH... I was hung up on by their Team Leader no less.

Learning People are not worth it
To anyone thinking of engaging their services, I strongly advise that you will get better quality information from YouTube. I have reported them to the Financial Ombudsman with the hope of breaking the contract with them and recovering over £2,000 from them. I am surprised that they have any positive ratings. Please do deep research before engaging them. I wish there was an option of zero stars.

Dont go with the learning people
Dont go with the learning people i have enrolled with them and due to my new diagnosis of bipolar i can't see myself finishing this course which means i just spned 7000 dollars for nothing. they will not let you cancel or withdraw from your studies if you have a medical condition all they want is your money please do not go with them for any online study. my recommendation would be to go through a university or tafe for this kind of class where you actually get help face to face.
