Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices

I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.

Amazing

My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

It was a lot of work to do in the time set but I think that’s because it’s been a while since I have had to do anything like that , would definitely do another course with them

Great tutor support!

What a great short course, really enjoyed Neuroscience in the Early Years course, what an eye opener! My tutor Tasha Harding was very helpful indeed, giving me more detailed information and expanding on the chapters as I went along. A very positive experience, and soon to be repeated.

I have just completed a level 3 counselling course with Learning Curve Group. I am very pleased with their teching resources, support and tutors. I passed with no problems. Thank you specifically to Andrea for such poitive and motivational feedback! Learning Curve online courses are superb. No excuses for not trying to better yourself as you can do many courses via e-learning and mutual support groups online. Thank you!
