Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

LCG has a very structured and intuitive e-learning module and what sets it apart is that they assign a tutor to help you through the course. The tutor is very helpful and approachable. The assessments are marked promptly and very useful feedback provided. Also, links to related information are given to further your knowledge.

Really great course
Really great course and easily accessible. It fit in with my work and home life well so although the module times were only a few weeks apart it still gave me enough time to study. The portal was easy to use and the study material was really relevant and useful.

It's not easy, but worth the effort
With this course and the one I did previously, it's not just a 'yes/no' type of assessment, the questions asked are difficult because you have to show a real understanding of that particular unit to proceed. The course is well constructed and goes into quite an amount of detail, with additional tasks that should be completed to gain more knowledge of that unit.
