I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

I paid to complete a Level 3 Counselling Skills Diploma in hopes of it leading to a Level 4 counselling course. If your aim is to get onto an accredited counselling course where you become a counsellor in the end, DO NOT PAY TO DO THIS COURSE. IT IS NOT RECOGNISED. Due to the nature of the course being 100% online taught it is not recognised as a valid course, while informative it is not acknowledged by counselling organisations and courses, so now I am having to pay to complete a level 3 again and wait another year to start my level 4 counselling skills course.

I recently completed my Level 3 Counselling qualification with Learning Curve. The course was exceptionally well-structured and easy to follow. My tutor, Andrea, was incredibly helpful, providing feedback throughout. I highly recommend Leaning Curve's courses and look forward to earning my next qualification with them.

Disorganised company, i was gettin emails from 3 different people, no one checked to see if I'd received my books as doing the course by post, then I was told there were different units/ levels to the course which I wasn't aware of, I dble checked the instructions and still nothin about more units/ levels and I was only sent 2 return envelopes, one for each half of the course. All very confusing

This was more challenging than other courses I’ve done but it’s a good thing. I have done other similar courses but they weren’t examined by an independent person. A good level of detail throughout and I took more in because I was being tested on it so it forced me to take more notice. I feel much more able to deal with the situations I may have to as a counsellor as a result of this.

A fabulous learning company which provided me with a l2 qualification in understanding autism. The whole process of joining to qualifying was a breeze. Mentors were great and the certificate arrived approx 6 weeks after completion.
