Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

PFQ boot camp waste of time
I completed the PFQ boot camp. I found it to be a complete waste of time, the course was not particularly engaging and I found that a lot of the points that participants raised from our experiences the tutor was adding these into his course material. We spent 8 weeks hearing how our tutor tuned down project management jobs in the Middle East however did not understand the content of the course he was teaching. Further to this throughout the boot camp there was a constant push to enroll on an apprenticeship with them at apprenticeship min wage, however the audience yes were out of work however clearly had good work experience where this was not a viable option. I found this to be completely condescending & ill judged as if this was them doing us the favour. Baring in mind this is Government funded I would have expected better quality

Forgotten
The support from the support chat was great however when they switched my tutor mid course it didn't help the next tutor hadn't given me any contact. When I finished the course and handed my last piece in I hadn't heard back... I had been forgotten so I recently rang up (4 months after I finished in February) and they have completed this and I will now recieve my certificate in 3 months through the post.

Lucky I can't 0 stars, had to do the course in 7 weeks and had to wait nearly 8 months for the certificate. I was meant to get extra support which only came in when I was doing the second unit and was one yes one teams meeting then I support worker went sick and got no help at all. I would stay away from this company

Don't delay, it's 100% worth it!!
These guys are great to get qualifications with!! They fully support you through out the time training with a mentor and the support staff are great. I had to extend my deadlines twice due to illness and they helped me get through and get qualified as in Level 2 - Understanding Coding. Best of all the course was Fully UK Government funded I didn't have to pay at all to further my education!!
