I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

I am satisfied with the course I passed, I already have a certificate. It was a well-made decision, but at the beginning I had negative thoughts that I wouldn't be able to do it, but it was a big thanks to my tutor who supported me until the very end. I heartily recommend it. I will definitely take further courses.

This was my first experience with learning Curve. This course is great, as it gave me more insight into mental health issues in adults. My tutor Fozeia was amazing at giving a constructive feedback, very thorough and always reminding the aim/objectives and expectations of the course. I am certainly taking a lot for the future and will always have the mental wellbeing of my opposite in the back of my mind. There is so much to consider, and I certainly will become an ambassador to support mental health in colleagues and patients.

NO support... tutor went on holiday a couple of weeks in and second assessment waited 2 weeks in a fixed term course to be even looked at - tried to email and call - no response - asked for another tutor and was told they can go on holiday and no response. Not a great learning experience sadly, and the system they use is VERY glitchy and it seems I now have to do the second of 3 AGAIN with over 80 questions. The Cyber Security course has a LOT of content and needs a tutor and time to make it happen. I will finish this course despite them not because of..

There were so many questions in each section, which limit the deadline period. For cybersecurity there should be more practical examples like lab practice etc, but here its was all theory. Tutors were giving prompt answer which was good. I don't think it gives any good impression in job market or employers as I didn't get any good cybersecurity related job offers yet!
