I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.
Easy to use, all information you need is provided. Lots of payment methods

I enrolled in a course `Cyber security` by Learning curve group. I wonder if humans are working in this organisation. Assessments conducted in this course are corrected by computers and rejected mostly under feedback ` This has been plagiarised`. I submitted assessments same manner for all questions. Only a few answers are termed as plagiarised and others are not. Actually, all my answers should be termed as `plagiarised`. Ok, I reworked my answers genuinely without copying and again I received same feedback. I am not an inventor of cyber security, I should use the terminology used in cyber security courses, which will be plagiarised one way or another. When I request information from the organisation, the so-called tutor comes up with one answer, `the computer says your answers are plagiarised`. I just gave up. These guys killed my interest in further studies and confidence. It looks like a scam to overcome the organisation's inability to teach and educate a student. No one from the organisation until today has shown how and why my answers look plagiarised. An answer to a question has two outcomes, right or wrong. Accept if it is right reject if it is wrong. They are not fit for the purpose, careful when you enrol on courses.

My experience with learning Curve was fantastic. I was well looked after and called to see how I was getting on and offered extra time to finish the course which I found very helpful. Excellent course to do and learn from.
