Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

Learning curve made it easier for me to achieve my dream of doing a course in Cyber security without stress. I did not have to go the classroom to achieve my dream. The tutor was amazing. Really enjoyed my level 2 understanding…
Really enjoyed my level 2 understanding coding. The course was well structured and easy to follow along. Always had fast support from my tutor when needed. The knowledge check questions at the end of each module are a nice touch and help massively with the learning process. Overall great experience, I would definitely do another course with learning curve . Thanks again.

Insightful and informative
Quality of the course materials is great, it's very clear and straightforward. After each assessment the tutor gave thorough feedback and made suggestions on what areas could be developed further. Advice I would give to other students would be to plan ahead and read all questions before starting the assessment to avoid excessive repetition.

Poor communication and service overall
Poor communication from course providers, I had completed the course by the time they addressed my learning difficulties and asked what support I needed; the course itself was misadvertised and didn’t give me what I needed as intended and the process of going through it was so much more stressful than necessary and has resulted in me never allowing myself to contemplate learning with this company again. Cannot stress enough how much I recommend going somewhere else.

Very simple to navigate online and great administrative support. Lucky enough to have local funding to complete L3 course. Tutor marking my work was very thorough, prompt and insightful. I'm taking a little break over the summer but will definitely do another, thanks LCG!
