Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

Legit and good experience overall.
Great learning platform, and content that was in the cybersecurity course I took I felt was useful for entry level understanding of cybersecurity. The tutor assigned to help me with finishing the course I enrolled onto, I felt wasn't good at replying to emails I sent with questions about some questions in the assessments etc. I would recommend as long as you don't require too much help from a 'tutor' to complete the course your enrolled onto otherwise you may struggle to get answers to your questions from the tutor in time due to deadlines to submit work.

I did this short course for something…
I did this short course for something to do while on maternity leave. It was a good course (level 2) and it got my brain going again academically. The customer service was great, when I needed some extra time it was easy to get. When I needed to speak to my tutor, I couldn't get a phonecall from him but he was very helpful through texts and emails. When he gave me feedback after each assignment/assessment he left me fab and constructive feedback too. I did pass it with flying colours. I would definitely use this company again for future courses.
