I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.
Easy to use, all information you need is provided. Lots of payment methods

Hi to all that have wrote a good and a bad review, I will say the tutors on the course are very helpful, and for who that do it for free and worry about a fee if you pull out of it, well I did 3 courses with them and to be honest I have had an excellent experience with them, the certificates do come through the door if you have passed it and you will only fail if you do not knuckle down meaning to just get on with it. You only have to do it once like most things in life. I have got my level 2 and 3 in cyber security and level 3 coding. So again if you are worried about fees, just complete the work and if you make a mistake you have plenty of time to put it right and the tutors are helpful. So please do not put learning curve group down. You will only fail if you don't try.

It was interesting course of level 2 mental health in early years because I learned a lot more and I'm waiting my certificate to come through.

Ok first the good free funding. yep thats it no more i have 2 childcare degrees and 20years experience working with children yet my tutor says my work isn't good enough to pass a lvl3 course. REALLY i'm writing at university level. DONT bother going here Their expectations and time limits are a joke. They say you owe £125 if you quit but as they are setting you up to fail and not providing adequate support and learning resources you could probably contest this and pay nothing. Typical generic response messages to reviews so probably a bot answering without anyone actually reading what you wrote.

I undertook a level 2 counselling certification I got free funding in my area. The course was well spread out although the questions were long and intensive for a level 2. It gave me the confidence to do the course and pursue the level 3 in future. The tutor was available however I would have preferred more tailored support but a great way to study in your own time
