Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.

Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

Great selection of courses
Great selection of courses. My advisor is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she always has time to answer my questions. I've done several courses through Learning Curve and most of the tutors have been great, providing relevant and thoughtful feedback, and encouraging me to achieve my learning goals.

Too many teething problems and struggling to get my money back….
I completed my level 2 and wanted to move ahead with my level 3. It turned out I wouldn’t qualify for funding for my level 3 so I decided to pay for it in full which was £799. I was sent a link but it required me to register again but I couldn’t use the same email. Then I was sent a code offering me 15% off (after paying!!) They had to merge my account. Which was done but then I lost my level 2 course work. I have asked for a full refund as I don’t believe The Learning Curve Group have ironed out their teething problems. I have only received my 15% refund and am still waiting for the rest of my money.
