Pessima gestione di un'emergenza con partenza imminente (11 aprile). La compagnia originale (Etihad) ha posticipato il mio volo di 24 ore. Ai sensi del Regolamento CE 261/2004, ho il diritto legale alla riprotezione (re-routing) il prima possibile. Ho rifiutato il volo del 12 aprile perché mi causa la perdita di hotel e tour a Osaka già pagati. Ho fornito all'assistenza una soluzione alternativa disponibile sul loro stesso portale per l'11 aprile: volo KLM 1614 (LIN-AMS) + KL 867 (AMS-KIX) delle ore 11:00. Nonostante il caso sia stato classificato come 'emergenza', l'assistenza in chat si è limitata a chiudere la conversazione offrendo solo un rimborso che, visti i prezzi attuali raddoppiati, non mi permetterebbe di ricomprare il biglietto.

The Last minute.com website removed my husband as the named driver. I paid extra for full waiver. I contacted you immediately, you confirmed you would change name of driver with rental company and didn’t. When we arrived they charged us another £200. Waiver insurance. The car was so badly damaged it had to be returned before we even got on the motorway, the rental company you used was Record Go. The travel lodge at Barbere del Vallés Barcelona, was riddled with mould, along the walls and in the bathroom, the bath had damage and it looked like they had put tippex over it, the toilet had a crack in it, the plastic behind the sink had yellow tarnish like a burn mark. The tiles on the wall and floor had damp between each tile. This was not a nice experience, there was no aircon, it blew out warm heat and the room was already hot, we had to have the window open at all times. The window faced the outsider corridor and everyone looked into room as they walked passed. We were put on the 4th floor and I have a fear of heights.

Geen negatieve ervaringen tijdens de reis alles, verliep zoals voorzien ! Alleen ging onze valies verloren tijdens de terugvlucht van Faro naar Zaventem en die hebben we 4 dagen na de vlucht, niettegenstaande ze werd blijkbaar werd teruggevonden, nog altijd niet thuis gekregen! Dit is natuurlijk niet de schuld van lastminute.com maar van Transavia !
Excepto el transfer hotel/aeropuerto todo correcto. La confirmación del transfer me llegó a las 04:00 a.m. para una recogida a las 06:00 a.m. Demasiado tarde, muy muy tarde!

Alles lief reibungslos, Buchung für extra kleines Gepäck war perfekt, nur wäre es schön, wenn man zu zweit bucht, vom Generator auch zwei Plätze nebeneinander angeboten zu bekommen. Wir saßen zweimal getrennt, obwohl es noch genügend Platz im Flieger gab. Wenn das dazu dienen soll, nochmal Geld mit dem Verksuf von Sitzplätzen zu bekommen, dann ist das echt schade.
Mon vol en direction de Bangkok a été annulé 1 jour et demis avant le départ durant 3 jours silence radio aucune réponse j’ai du partir avec une autre compagnie et personne ne m’a prévenu que mon billet retour aussi etait annulé j’ai donc 1300€ en suspend et aucun moyen de rentré en France pour le 8 avril
