The Miku Mary Janes are so lovely, and true to size. The pattern is lowkey but effective and the packaging is a nice touch. A Vocaloid x KOI drop is a dream come true!

Love the designs of the shoes they also fit really well. I cannot say much about the quality yet since I have not worn them enough. Sizes do seem to run a bit bigger if you are used to the dutch sizes.

I bought 2 of the Hatsune Miku Mary Jane's and they are incredible! The material is very nice and sturdy and the sizing is great! The only note I have is that they are a tad bit narrow but that didn't impact their wearability for me at all!

I received the wrong pair of shoes but I contacted koi they refunded me straight away and offered me a pair of shoes up to £45 for free because they admitted it was their error but they've gone above and beyond yet again! Thank you so much!!!!

Fast delivery

Never received my order, reached out to customer service for an update.. they said that some items may not be fulfilled and I can get a partial refund and have the rest of the items sent or a full refund and they'll basically cancel my order. I still want the shoes so I responded and asked for the partial and haven't heard from them since. I place my order on 8/13... It's been 25+ days...

The order itself went great. However, I have been dealing with customer service to try to do a return/exchange for almost 2 weeks. They keep sending me to a link that does not work and will not respond to my inquiries.

I was so excited to purchase the chunky trainers so i could have a fun shoe for my cosplay. Followed the size guide for US sizing and double checked to make sure. Unfortunately the shipping was all over the place, ended up arriving late, and the box came munched ;-;. Luckily the shoes were not damaged!!! They fit well, but are a little close (i thought i would have a bit more room). Overall i am just glad they got here!

Shipping was pretty fast and the boots are amazing. Never thought I'd get a pair of thigh boots that actually fit my legs, and yet here I am with a pair that are cute and comfortable!

I love Miku. Miku is love, Miku is life. These are essential for my well-being and I love them so much. Very comfy and true to size. They have cute little stars on the soles and they make me tall, plus pixel Miku is on the side of it. The shoe box is really cute too, and packaging is nice. Nothing negative to say about these. :)
