Incredible company always purchase from Koi! Fairly priced and if there's an error it's quickly sorted
I received the wrong pair of shoes but I contacted koi they refunded me straight away and offered me a pair of shoes up to £45 for free because they admitted it was their error but they've gone above and beyond yet again! Thank you so much!!!!
