I didnβt like that I gave all our names and told you that there was a wrong second name when I checked them was charged Β£50 just to change a 2nd name Iβm still in the 30 day cooling of period when I could cancel the whole thing not inpressed

Our phone call was answered very quickly and the person, Zeb Akhtar, actually knew the hotel we were interested in as he had stayed there several years ago. His advice was practical and helpful. The whole process of booking was quick and efficient.

In a time when anyone can book holidays, there may be a question as to why you would use an agency such as Kenwood. However, my recent experience made it clear why - with less than 24 hours, the airline carrier changed the schedule, which would have prevented us from transferring to our final destination. I emailed Lai, and she was on it - she worked with her contacts to sort out the problem and get us reconfirmed on a different carrier. Lai is a real asset to Kenwood - she listens to what her customers want and designs a suitable holiday. Then, on rare occasions where problems arise, she sorts it out professionally and quickly. As a result of this experience, I will book all future holidays with Lai at Kenwood.
