Im trying update my policy with a new car but they cant find my policy, I sent them scan of my certificate they still cant find it blaming IT issues!!! its been few days now they are saying that will call me back but they dont and ignore my emails, stay away better pay few quid extra and go with some big name like FBD or Allianz

Every year my policy goes up in price. I’ve never had a claim or penalty points. Each year they say there’s nothing they can do and come up with an excuse as to why it’s increasing. Got a really good quote with much better insurance perks with OutInsurance.

I recently got a quote from them, couldn't believe my eyes, Double the price I was paying with others, no way its justifies that price, ill defenitly will be avoiding,,

After many year with Kennco, I can confirm that it is a terrible company. Avoid. For just a little more, you can be with a better insurer. Just avoid Kennco

I've been using kennco insurance now for a number of years and they are fantastic to deal with. The customer service is always on point and everything I need help with they sort it straight away. I have even switched my wife and a few friends over to them as well. Any time I haven't been able to get the full deposit they have taken a smaller percentage and added the remaining to my monthly payments to help me out. My renewal is due in September and I will definitely be renewing with them. A1 service.

Extremely bad service. I was insured with Kennco for years, I recently bought a new car and rang to get it insured, they said they would not insure me because my new car was not on their system. So I had no choice but to go with another insurance company. The new insurance company requested a history of claims cert and Kennco refused to send it to me, this went on for weeks and I literally could not get insured because they wouldn't send me the history of claims cert - which is apparently a standard letter to request. Still to this day I cannot get the letter off them as they are being so difficult, there is absolutely no reason why they couldn't have just helped me to get my insurance sorted, they kept refusing as they said it's not needed. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I would avoid this insurance company at all costs.

Absolutely brilliant I had a company car for 5 years, 2015 to 2020 all other insurance companies quoted extortionate prices to get insurance on a car in my name KennCo gave me fully comprehensive policy at a great price. My 19 year old daughter - first car insurance - she was quoted €3,000 from other companies KennCo have her a fully comprehensive policy for €1,500 - gave her a reduction for her driving lessons, they classed her lessons as 1 year claims free.. no other company did this…

Unacceptable delays, poor communication & an overall lack of coordination between chill insurance, Kennco & Axa. Since initiating the claim l have spent countless hours on telephone hold, passed from one representative to another without resolution. Despite years of deligently paying my premiums. I now feel as though am being treated as an inconvenience than as a valued policyholder. One particular distressing aspect of this process has been the issue of a courtesy car. Shocked to be told by Axa an not entitled to one & that this should have been explained By Kennco. This was never made clear to me. As a customer l expect transparency & support especially during such a stressful time. Being without a vehicle while waiting on a decision on whether my car is repairable or a write off adds unnecessary pressure to an already difficult situation. The overall handling of my case has left me feeling utterly let down by the entire process. DAMN FRUSTRATED.

Absolutely useless , i wanted to change my car couple months before my year ended but they tell me I can’t get insured on the vehicle i wanted although i was getting quoted by them on Chill insurance, give them proof of the quote and they keep making up bullshit and lies that they need more and more proof even though i sent them all they need , horrible experience overall with them , I don’t recommend this insurance for absolutely anyone.

Not impressed with kennco they are liars and shove you about this is going on since the 17th of jan I still haven't got my insurance documents never again I was with them through a broker never direct joke of a company not professional

I was having issues with my previous insurance that couldn't provide a full years no claims because I changed to Kenco after about 8 months. I delt with One outstanding young man called Trevor Conyard who sorted out my insurance within minutes after multiple calls to other agents in Kenco that couldn't sort out the issues. Thank you so so much Trevor you were fantastic to deal with especially after weeks of what was an extremely stressful process before you sorted it all out in a flash! 100% recommend dealing with Trevor! I found Megan and any of the staff I dealt with in KennCo to be helpful , courteous and on the customer's side . I will definitely renew with them if I can. Special thanks to Megan for her assistance in my case. David Norris
