I was having issues with my previous insurance that couldn't provide a full years no claims because I changed to Kenco after about 8 months. I delt with One outstanding young man called Trevor Conyard who sorted out my insurance within minutes after multiple calls to other agents in Kenco that couldn't sort out the issues.
