Unacceptable delays
Unacceptable delays, poor communication & an overall lack of coordination between chill insurance, Kennco & Axa. Since initiating the claim l have spent countless hours on telephone hold, passed from one representative to another without resolution. Despite years of deligently paying my premiums. I now feel as though am being treated as an inconvenience than as a valued policyholder. One particular distressing aspect of this process has been the issue of a courtesy car. Shocked to be told by Axa an not entitled to one & that this should have been explained By Kennco. This was never made clear to me. As a customer l expect transparency & support especially during such a stressful time. Being without a vehicle while waiting on a decision on whether my car is repairable or a write off adds unnecessary pressure to an already difficult situation. The overall handling of my case has left me feeling utterly let down by the entire process. DAMN FRUSTRATED.
