Great service and super easy process!

Quick and painless! Seriously, this is a wonderful way to do something good and remove an unnecessary car. The process is easy.

The Pod was delivered in a very professional manner. It was placed exactly where I wanted it!

It was a great experience donating to Kars4Kids. The tow truck driver called me before he arrived and gave me an accurate ETA. When the tow truck driver arrived, he was very courteous and helpful. He even helped us by using a metal rod to manually open the car trunk so we could retrieve any last minute items.

C & N Auto Center handled the towing. It was a bit more involved than usual since the car was in my late husband’s name and I no longer live at the address where the car was. The easiest way to handle this was to go to C&N with all the paperwork (title, death certificate, etc.) I met the owner and his wife and all I can say is they were so wonderful! Such incredible people who made a very stressful situation so easy! Thank you to them and to Kars4Kids for putting these wonderful people in my life! A very good experience from start to finish!

From the first call we made to the towing company pick up, everyone was friendly and professional. The entire process was fast and easy.

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW THROUGH. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER THAN TO TRUST A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A HUMAN BEING WHEN YOU CALL. I LEFT MESSAGES AND NOT A CALL BACK . TRIED TEXTING THE ORIGINAL CONTACT - NO REPLIES. I FEEL LIKE I GOT RIPPED OFF. SOME DUDE CAME AND PICKED UP MY CAR AND I'VE GOT NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT.

Good communication

The whole process was very easy. We reached out to Kars 4 kids and within 2 days they had it picked up. Company that picked up was professional and had all the information ready and completed. Very pleased. I hope this car makes a difference in a kids life.

Great Experience! The staff was responsive and good about communicating throughout the process. We are so happy to have found a donation for this charity and handed off a boat that could no longer be used by the owner.

Ultimately we were able to donate our travel trailer and the buyer was great. He picked up our trailer within 3 days of his purchase. There was only one thing that would have resulted in 5 stars - communication with Kars4Kids was slow, sometimes 24-48 hours before an answer was received if I had a question. The buyer mentioned the same.
